TGT Gives Back
We are a Not-For-Profit organization working towards inclusion and equal access to education for all learners, through outreach events, drives, and educational opportunities for disadvantaged learners.
Our Three Pillars
Inclusion
Inclusivity means ensuring that every child, regardless of their background or learning challenges, has equal access to educational resources and opportunities. It involves actively supporting low-income schools and raising awareness about learning disorders to create a more equitable learning environment. By embracing inclusivity, we strive to empower all students to reach their full potential and thrive academically.
Purpose
Purpose means dedicating ourselves to improving educational outcomes for students in low-income schools and those with learning disorders. It drives us to ensure that every child receives the support and resources they need to succeed, regardless of their circumstances. Our purpose is to create lasting change in education by addressing disparities and offering targeted support to help every student thrive.
Awareness
Awareness means shining a spotlight on the challenges faced by low-income schools and students with learning disorders, making their needs and potential solutions visible to a broader audience. It involves educating communities about these issues to foster understanding and drive collective action. By raising awareness, we aim to inspire greater support and create meaningful change in educational equity.
Outreach Events
Two Girls Tutoring Gives Back
These events make learning fun for students with limited access by introducing interactive activities, hands-on workshops, and creative learning tools that engage their curiosity. By offering a supportive and stimulating environment, we help students discover the joy of learning, making education more accessible and enjoyable despite the challenges they face.

WSES Book Drive
As our biggest project to date, we collaborated with West Springfield Elementary School to collect more than 4,000 books to be given to Title I schools in Northern Virginia.

Title I Free Book Fair
We transported, sorted, and distributed like-new donated books to Woodlawn and Bren Mar Elementary Schools. With these books, we helped free book fairs in which every student was able to take home 2-3 books to keep in their personal libraries.

STEAM Nights
As a female-owned business, we believe in the importance of promoting a love of learning in young girls. In part of this initiative, we participated in STEAM nights for which we planned fun and engaging learning activities to get students excited about STEAM.

Reading Under The Stars
We read to Cardinal Forest Elementary students annually as part of their "Reading Under The Stars" week. The goal of this event is to get students excited about reading and bring together their school community.
