FAQ
Two Girls Tutoring focuses not only on grade improvement, but personal growth through academic confidence. Since we are still in school, we bring new ideas to the table and adapt to the post-COVID-19 education. Each tutoring session is crafted carefully to ensure your child is receiving content in a way that works best for them. We have found that our approach has fostered strong and loyal relationships with our students and parents.
While all sessions are specifically tailored to your student, we do have a few things we do every session. When the session starts, we make sure to ask your student if they have any homework or classwork they would like to work on with us or have us review. If they do not, we move onto the lesson we have planned for them. We pick activities for our students based on their learning patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. Halfway through the session, we give our students a 2-3 minute brain break, so they can come back ready to learn! For the second half of the session, we continue to work on our planned activities. At the end of the session, we call in the student's parent to talk over what we worked on and any observations your child's tutor made during the session.
